Shopmium is very easy to use.  You just click on an offer and "discover the product" to activate it. Then. purchase the product at your favorite store, click on the offer, and click on request rebate.  You'll need to upload your receipt, and then take a picture of the product.  Your money is deposited directly to your paypal account once approved so there is no waiting until you accrue a certain amount.
