One of my favorite survey sites, Ipsos (I have been a member for almost 6 years now), is looking for Mom panelists!The payouts for each survey with Ipsos are fair and they are quick to give you your rewards.
I love that they offer a $10 payout which means you don't have to wait too long before you can cash out. (Some companies require $25 in earnings before they payout which is fine if you are saving up for something, but if you need the cash for frequent purchases like diapers on Amazon then you'll want to be able to get the quicker cashout.) My favorite rewards are the Amazon gift card and the American Express "cash" card which are offered at the $10 level.
They also have recently added PayPal as an option! When I am taking a lot of surveys during a month I will save up my points for a $25 reward because you receive a small discount when you save for a higher value card.
