New P&G Family Unit Coupon Booklet + How to Sign Up!

Note that per the official DeCA Coupon Policy   (See their FB notes HERE and HERE) you can not use any additional coupons on any items mentioned on these coupons at the Commissary, but you could apply a coupon to the paid item on the BOGO coupons (except the body wash because it's BOGO for the same product) at the PX (plus if available you can use an Exchange coupon from the current Clip and Save Booklet). Also, these coupons now have verbiage specifically stating that if the coupon value exceeds the value of the product no cash back or credit can be returned to the customer so no overage...although looking at them I only see one that would even possibly get you some and that would only be if there were are really good sale.
