This is a rare special promotion at the Commissary where you can actually stack the savings together and according to the DeCA FAQs you can even apply overage if your turkey is less than the stacked savings! This is going to seem a little foreign to those who are used to the no stacking policy, but the terms of the booklet actually allow you to apply multiple coupons to the turkey - You cannot, however,apply any additional coupons to the items you have to buy to get the turkey discounts.
Confused yet? The way the coupons work is you'll save money on a turkey for buying specific items and you can buy as many of the items from the book as you'd like!
Example:
Buy 2 Dixie Plates, Save $1 on a Turkey
Buy Oscar Mayer Bacon, Save $1 on Turkey
You can buy as many or as few of the items as you'd and stack the savings onto the Turkey, and as I stated above, you CAN apply overage to the turkey and get additional savings on the items you are purchasing that way. So if you buy a $10 Turkey and use all $40 worth of coupons, the extra $30 will apply to your other purchased items!
