Here is a really cool site for anyone vacationing or heading to a new base soon! Head over to Gogobot and you can get travel tips and information about any city world wide! My favorite feature is that I can look up activities for my family and then add them to my trip plans so I have everything all in one place! Each point of interest is rated too so you know which ones you might want to skip. We are heading to Colorado Springs and I want to make sure we don't miss out on anything cool so I already started my "travel plan" and I am getting pretty excited about moving there.
