If you are new to CVS shopping you can view their coupon policy here. You will want to make sure to pick up an Easy Care Card and activate it right away when you go to take advantage of their deals and the coupon machine. Each time you go you should scan your card at the machine until you get a message stating you have no more offers that day. I always get at least one free deal and sometimes more!
Here are a few things you need to know about CVS before you start:
1. You will need to get an Extra Care Rewards card to take advantage of many CVS deals and the coupon machine. You pick it up in the store and activate it on the phone during your trip.
2. You can use 1 CVS coupon and 1 Manufacturer Coupon per item
3. You can also apply ECBs (Extra Care Bucks) toward your purchase (These do not count against your coupon to item ratio like Register Rewards do!)
4. Hand your coupons in the following order; $/$$ (these are coupons for a dollar amount off your purchase so if you have a $5/$15 purchase give that first), then Manufacturer Coupons and CVS coupons, and then ECBs.
5. ECB deals are not unlimited like Register Rewards deals. They are tracked on your card and once you have received the maximum amount for that deal, you can't get any more. The limits are published in the ad.
