Along with the TerraCycle Totebag Giveaway from last week - I got  a couple products for me as well!



Pencil Case



TerraCycle sent me a Lunchbox and a pencil pouch - both made from recycled CapriSun Pouches!  I was surprised at how nice they were...not sure what I was expecting, but when you hear "recycled" - pretty items don't always come to mind. I was so wrong! These were so nice and sturdy.  

I tried out the lunchbox on a trip to the park with snacks and cold drinks inside. It did the job for me and I loved knowing I was in nature, doing something good for nature - using recycled materials.  Sounds a little corny, but I do love to recycle!

I used the pencil pouch as an extra pouch in my purse to hold pens and chapstick. I was surprised at the number of comments I got and questions about where to find one. It made me feel good to know I was once again, doing something good to help the environment by spreading the word.  

I really liked the items - they were sturdy and very nice looking.  They may look like they are for kids (and kids would love them), but I also liked them for me and tasks in my life!
