This is a great way to not only entertain the kids, but also save some money. It's an inexpensive craft idea (think birthday craft/party favor in one), just pick up a pair of flip flops and supplies on the dollar isle or dollar store. It's also an easy way to update your wardrobe cheaply by "revisting and renewing" an old item. This works especially well on kids clothes or shoes since they love to decorate them and make them sparkle!
