Yes, you heard me correctly, and yes, they are just as good as they sound!
I was lucky enough to be sent these delicious bars from Betty Crocker through My Blog Spark to try them out (along with a pan to cook them in). They were so easy to make (which is good since I am a cook in training...). All I had to do was add a few ingredients I had in my kitchen and it was good to go!
Here is how they are described on the box : Layers of chocolate cookie crumbs sprinkled over mini marshmallows in a chewy chocolate center and a crunchy chocolate cookie crust. Yumm!!
I decided to take them with us on vacation last week to try out with the family. They only lasted 2 days! Everyone commented on the cookie crumbs and cookie crust and that it was a nice texture and added good flavor.
