Here is an article I thought you might be interested in that I ran across this morning called "13 Things Your Grocer Won't Tell You". It is short and some of it you may already know the things listed, but it's a nice refresher. Reader's Digest wrote it and I found the link through Yahoo. I am definitely trying #1! My commissary is always so busy and I hate feeling rushed so that I can't go through my coupons!
