I called some Fred Meyer stores out in WA state, becasue I don't have any here is Florida. I asked each store about their coupon policy. Half of the stores said yes it would work, because both toys are scanned so you could use two coupons. The other half said nope - no go on using coupons on teh FREE item. Then one store was completely baffled. The manager had never been asked that before and said he will print the coupons and try it himself. So - looks like it varies by store. Good LUCK!
