I can no longer contain my excitement! The legendary case lot sales are coming...let me say this again, the case lot sales are coming! If you have never experienced a case lot sale, let me tell you that this is one of the greatest benefits the military offers us (in my opinion of course)! The deals are endless and the coupons are amazing. I have even heard rumors that some coupons can be doubled, if the product reps are handing out coupons and you have your own.

Case lot 101:
Plan to arrive early on the FIRST day your Case Lot starts. Things sell out FAST.
The Case Lot is usually held outside under a tent and in the parking lot, so plan accordingly for the weather. The pathways are usually narrow, so if possible ditch the stroller (not the kids), and put the little ones in the cart, or tell Grandma she's watching the kids, 'cause Mama's got some shoppin' to do!

I like to get an idea of what things cost inside the commissary the day before the sale starts, just so I know if I am getting a deal or a GREAT deal, especially drinks and laundry items.
The case lot sales typically happen twice a year, spring and fall.
There are all sorts of items such as food/drinks, household items, baby, etc.

This is a great time to get a stockpile of items. I am still using my dryer fabric sheets that I bought last year, I got 14 boxes for the price of what 4 normally cost! It is a great time to stock up on things you KNOW you will use.
